Yeah, I agree.. sounds like you need to drink more in general. (Real) juice is great in the hours leading up to training (don't overdo it or it can all get a bit acidy, but 1/2 a litre or so is fine). I drink loads of water throughout the day and make sure I eat something around 1.5 hours before training (nothing heavy - pasta or spring rolls or a couple of bananas... something like that).
