I think it's called Bok Fu. I don't know much about it or how to spell it. lol. If you know about it could you describe the style to me. I have never trained in any Chinese styles, and from what I've heard I am very interested in it.
Don't you mean San Shou/San Da? According to what I've read, it's sidekick-heavy kickboxing combined with wrestling throws and slams. I know about San Shou style, My boy Frank is good friends with Cung Lee. I almost competed in one of his amature tourneys a while back. There is a style named Bok Fu (again, I don't know how to spell it). I was just curious about it.
I have ALOT of friends who compete in combat sports. I train at American Kickboxing Academy, so I know o lot of MMA fighters and Kickboxers.
