Does anyone here know about Chinese kickboxing?

    I think it's called Bok Fu. I don't know much about it or how to spell it. lol. If you know about it could you describe the style to me. I have never trained in any Chinese styles, and from what I've heard I am very interested in it.

    Don't you mean San Shou/San Da? According to what I've read, it's sidekick-heavy kickboxing combined with wrestling throws and slams.

    I'd like to do this style, it looks really fun and damaging to do, but this might not have been what you've been looking for? :)

    I know about San Shou style, My boy Frank is good friends with Cung Lee. I almost competed in one of his amature tourneys a while back. There is a style named Bok Fu (again, I don't know how to spell it). I was just curious about it.

    I have ALOT of friends who compete in combat sports. I train at American Kickboxing Academy, so I know o lot of MMA fighters and Kickboxers.
