I cannot believe that DP and Sayoc will not sue him for impersonation or even trademark infringement or industrial sabotage.
It all depends on whether the juice is worth the squeeze. Lawyers cost money, law suits cost money. The best you can really get him for is false advertisement, and that can only be initiated by his paying students.
