Awww excellent I recognise that guy! hehe. Frank Mir was features in a body building magazine over here once, featuring abit on him, his workout, and his diet. It's always good seeing such fighters as Couture on the front of magazine covers. A reputational fighter who puts legit view of MMA across to those whom don't know what it is
Couture and Liddell were both mentioned on CSI: New York this week. It was cool because it was totally in passing and didn't even mention who they were. They were looking at a battered corpse, and one of them said "Looks like he went a couple rounds with Chuck Liddell" and the other replied "Naw. More like Randy Couture."
I think it's a genetic variant with an extra set of insertions. Mind you, if he wants to call it an 8 pack, I'm not going to disagree with him. Or indeed if he wants to call the day night.
He's in amazing shape for any person regardless of age. I'll never be in that good a shape and I'm still young  .
optimism is overrated, it only leads to a greater downfall. On a more serous note the the whole thing would require too much effort to put it bluntly. Running a few times a week and training everyday of the week is fine. Constantly dieting and supplements etc go way over my head. Plus I only know the very basics about weightlifting. And I'd rather train then research dieting and weightlifting...
Personally, research into nutrition is a worth while investment of time. It's your body; it's always important to know what your putting into it, and how it's used
