best workout music / ma training music (when ur alone)

    Where I train we have a few different choices for background music...Ted Nugent, Joe Walsh, sometimes Blues Traveler or Dave Mathews, the Stones, AC/DC....lots of old school rock n' roll...

    When practicing by myself I have much of the same, tossing in some Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Ozzy, Dio...

    Drum & Bass really gets me going when I train. The faster the beat goes, the faster I want to go. Plus it helps me push my limits when I hit the punching bag.

    I like some good Drum'n'Bass, Trance, Grime, Garage, The Prodigy, Some Killswitch Engage :)

    Bit of a mix.

    Something fast-paced and turned up loud. A few of Rob Thomas' are good, some Aerosmith, Papa Roach, most NickleBack, Chris Daughtry, All American Rejects.. I'm random so I listen to a little of everything..
