Hi, I am looking to join a KF school in the Reading/Berkshire area and would appreciate anyone's recommendations or comments. I appreciate there is some information already on the boards and few well known names appear when googling but I'd really appreciate your thoughts. If I had a choice I would prefer something traditional but also included some kind of sparring or pad work too where I could train at least twice a week. But I know you can't have everything. Many thanks in advance

I used to train and teach at Chen Wu Kuan, so I can answer questions based on my past there. Also the Shaolin way is 5 ancestors fist which Chen Wu Kuan has a basis in. Not trained at the other schools so cannot comment, I think there is a world eagle claw member(s) on here?
Thanks for your feedback chaps. Much appreciated. I guess the ideal thing is to try out a few clubs to see what they are like. It's been a while since I moved so it should be interesting. I came across these two when hunting. If anyone has any knowledge (they weren't easy to find) it would be appreciated. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Wan-Kam-Leung-Practical-Wing-Chun-UK/150880548281642?v=wall http://www.shaolinway.com/shaolinway/sifu5.htm http://www.chowgarschool.co.uk/ Cheers
