Behold...MAP dance!!!

So...I have a small confession to make. I can't dance to save my life but I love watching people dance. If done properly it's such a demanding discipline with so many factors to take into account that it is an art form IMO as much as any MA out there.

So let this be the thread in which pretty much any dance video that catches your eye be posted here! Dancing from TV shows, music videos, some crazy dude round someone's house...it doesn't matter. If it's remotely interesting, post it!

Bonus points if fellow MAPers post themselves dancing .

Those are some fantastic videos displaying some amazing body control. You're right about Marquese Scott Simon, his body control is just breath taking.

btw, sloth-if you can do kata and kickboxing, you can dance. You just have to become better coordinated (especially if you hope to dance with a partner) and get excellent cardio (if you hope to do a fast dance or spend a long time at a slow dance)

Lastly, I'm not dancing in this one (though I do a slight jig during my berimbau solo), but members of our group are dancing samba de roda (the dancers for this performance group were quite the eclectic bunch, consisting of members of the group and impromptu friends brought in at the last moment to enlarge the numbers). Probably the closest you'll get to seeing me dance for a while (until I get this degree, that is!). I don't my wife would let put the shenanigans I got up to on the dance floor during our wedding on the internet!

Yeah, me and dance, we don't get along. Even if I consider myself a bit of a master of Joey dancing .

My brother showed me a video of these guys a few weeks back. Not the most outstanding dance moves in themselves but an amazing use of choreography and lighting:
