    Are you serious? There is no double standard, take it in context. "cop kills ..." means that cops like to shoot people in the ghetto, "..... the police" means that he's tired of dealing with the cops.

    Of course he could escape violence. But, he obviously held his homies in high regard, and chose to stick with them. It got him killed, but hey ....

    Yeh, one of the first 2pac songs I fell in love with. Then it was hail mary, then I was hooked.
