I have good news. I think my arm is cured. I'm not in pain anymore. For safety I will train later! I think he is cured. But I'm not sure. But for security I wait a few more months. Now i don't need a doctor
No offense, but your whole arm situation makes no sense. You said you broke your arm a year ago and it is still red and swollen and hurting. It implies your arm suffered bad damage and didn't heal properly. Injuries of that type just don't suddenly get better on their own. I am trying to give you the benefit of the doubt that the story doesn't make sense because English isn't your primary language, but your whole arm situation - the way you are describing it - it doesn't add up. It doesn't sound realistic or plausible. It makes no sense. It does not help your credibility, unfortunately. If you have had issues for over a year, you should still see a doctor. It might feel better at the moment, but injuries like that just don't get better suddenly on their own in a week or two usually. Don't wait months to train. Go see a doctor and find out! Alansmurf can correct me if I am wrong, but I think that is why he is suspecting trolling at this point.
I wrote that my arm is not red! Oh yes: my bone has become so thick! it is not a swelling! I thought it was a swelling, because my arm is so thick now!
I'm guessing you've never broken a bone before? It's not the redness, or the swelling that's the problem, it's the "unable to weight bear" thing that's the big issue.
Same reply as before, you REALLY need to get an instructor to teach you how to punch correctly. I am sure that is going to be the answer every time. Don't expect a different one here on MAP. Not really going to waste more time on responding until I think you are serious about learning. The only thing that interests me is telling us how your finding an instructor went. If your "broken/ injured" arm has suddenly healed after a year, then there is no reason your focus should be on making video's over getting proper instruction.
