atm the movement i shift and set up audio equipment for dj's.
its basically just an entire day of dead lifting.

my route route is a mixture of up hills and flat.
i do 500 metre sprints up hill too.
up hill is just good at pushing aerobic and anaerobic threshold for the BTF.

Just ran 2 miles in 16:30 uphill. terrible.
i ran 1 km in 5 minutes at sprint speed.
