    First Dan grade in 1985 was in karate since then trained in various arts I also have a Dan grade in Go Ju Ryu under Sensei Tim Nicklin and 2nd duan in Chinese Martial Arts under our Chief Instructor Nigel Sutton. Also a qualified in shiatsu.
