Ben Gash CLF

Hello Sifu Ben,
I hope you don't mind me messaging you but I have a CLF question and I know you're a Sifu in that style.

there is a good CLF school here in Chicago run by a man named Sam Ng. He's got a good reputation and I'm thinking of taking some classes with him. But every video I've seen seems to feature quick, wirey young guys. My ancestors were all big, ol' Polish farm boys and I follow suite pretty closely. Have you ever trained any big, beefy slabs or is CLF only for the young and quick?
