In naperville , it was the real deal, of you don't want to learn that type of stuff practice with your kids at the park district. it was no nonsense there was respect ,. discipline, increase your pain threshold. im 50 now and all that stuff has and is coming in handy now. i still remember the work outs and their intensity. i was happy to go there it was a riot. i would highly recommend it.
