Anyway inspired by the your suplements thread - And re my tesosterone levels as suggested by Ad in my thread linked above, does anyone think I should ad a Zinc and vitamin C suplement to my diet, I have done some research and apparently wholegrains can reduce absorption and storage of zinc due to phytins in the husks, also sex can reduce this further (I live with and love my GF) and zinc is the building block mineral for tesosterone. Anyone got any ideas pro or con?
