    squat snatch press:
    20x5
    30x3

    Power Snatch:
    30x3
    40x3
    50x1

    Snatch:
    40x4 (terrible technique, bar at arms length forward)

    Back Squat:
    40x5
    60x5
    80x3x5 (heavier feels better and easier, hamstrings finally got involved)

    One arm rows:
    20x3x10

    Seated calf raise:
    20x2x10
    20x15

    Challenge:
    42.5x5 (shorter step is better)

    Deadlift:
    50x5
    90x5
    110x1 (could probably get more reps but i'll ease into it)
    90x3
    90x3

    Random 50kg clean

    3 Way shoulder raises:
    5x2x10
    quit half way through the third set cos of fatigue

    Challenge Lunges:
    50x2 (shorter step is easier, will smash it tomorrow)

    Stupid ate 1500kcal of pudding after training. looks like tomorrow will be lower calorie day.

    Note to self on grip strength - it returns pretty quick when you start gripping heavy stuff.

    And now you know why I work out and train martial arts! I don't hit 1500 cals with pudding but I will sure find some pastries to rival that! :eek: :)

    Haven't updated this in a while. I've taken up some running and doing bodyweight stuff. not having a gym membership sucks. not having a team sucks.

    reallly looking forward to mini MAP meet.
