I have forgotten this form, i was wondering if anyone here knows how to do it so i can relearn it or have a webpage that tells me how to do it (ex: diagrams, etc...)
It's not a "standard" form. There's always a problem with romanization of Korean but this is my take on it: "Yun Suk" = combination ("yung seuk") "Kebon Donjak" = basic technique So that's a pretty generic and uninformative name... The best thing to do is ask your instructor since only someone in your particular dojang/association is likely to know what this term refers to specifically.
i might of been spelling it wrong. maybe it is called yung seuk, so do you have any place that has a form named this?
