I inherit new stuff each week. I'm my own experiment. ;) When stuff is free and can benefit me, I'm all game. Like I've said, I take about half of it all the time and the rest when needed.

As an example, the fish oil, multivitamin, multimineral, CLA, Tension RX or GABA, wheat grass capsules, zyflamend, collagen, glucosamine/MSM, creatine, 30 tomatoes, CoQ10, and a Berry blend antioxidant are taken on a daily basis.

I got some of that, couldn't really notice much of an effect, but then again you don't always in a control group of one....

    Flax seed (Omega 3)
    Creatine
    Taurine
    Multi Vit
    Whey Protein
    Quercetin

It depends on dosage. I know 200 mgs taken from Source Naturals is absolutely fantastic.

I take 2 types of creatine, glutamine, phosphate, arginine, taurine, and a sublingual somatotrophin spray

Other than that I try to eat a decent diet with lots of fruit, veggies, and meat and stay hydrated.
