I inherit new stuff each week. I'm my own experiment. When stuff is free and can benefit me, I'm all game. Like I've said, I take about half of it all the time and the rest when needed. As an example, the fish oil, multivitamin, multimineral, CLA, Tension RX or GABA, wheat grass capsules, zyflamend, collagen, glucosamine/MSM, creatine, 30 tomatoes, CoQ10, and a Berry blend antioxidant are taken on a daily basis.

I take 2 types of creatine, glutamine, phosphate, arginine, taurine, and a sublingual somatotrophin spray Other than that I try to eat a decent diet with lots of fruit, veggies, and meat and stay hydrated.
