Hey guys, I just thought it would be interesting to see what kind of body type people here have, and what there goals are as far as body building, losing weight, general fitness etc are concerned. I shall lead by example. MY STATS: Gender: Male (last time I looked) Age: 19 Height: 5'10" Weight: 170 lbs Body fat: 13% Body type: My legs and upper body are decently built, and I am quite slim naturally, but still got a bit of fat as far as the abdominal region is concerned, although there is some tone. MY GOALS: - To get my body fat down to 10% - Improve my overall fitness, especially where cardio is concerned - Improve my flexibility dramatically - Improve my core stability dramatically I intend to achieve the above to a high level in which I am satisfied in six months time, although I am certain I can do it sooner This should be interesting. im 205lb @ 6'1" and 10% fat. By next summer i would like 220lb @ 6'1" (cant do much about this) and 6,7 % fat. Ladys love what can i say...
currently 5'10, 160lbs and in the high teens bodyfat % Goals are to hit 170lbs and drop body fat to about 8-9%.

(Last weighed this past Monday) Body Fat: No idea. =D But my BMI is 27.1 Goals: To lose this gut i've gained over the last 4 years and gain some definition and some strength. Not concerned about size, really, just strength and definition. Also to be able to run a 1.5 miles in 10 minutes or less.
5'10'' 160 pounds very little body fat 265 bench 345 deadlift 240 ATG squat 400m 57 Goals 315 bench 405 Squat 500 deadlift 400m 54 seconds or better I am going for a 280 ATG squat soon, then I will do the Smolov Squat routine, which is suppose to bring it up in the neigborhood of 350. I should get 405 deadlift soon, I am going for 380 in a couple of week. I should get 300 in bench not to long from now as well. These are long term goals. We'll see about the 400m come track season.
male 14 years old 5'7 120 pounds very litle body fat all my mussles are toned and visable i can bench 150 or so and i can do 150 push ups wiht ou stoping befor i colasp and die my goal is to be able to do 200 push ups wiht out stopin and be able to bench 200

I bench up to 180lbs on my daily workout( which is done alone) and run 10 miles in 1hour( fastest time 58.3 minutes) I study any fighting tequincs I can find. My goals are To bench press 300lbs, run 10 miles in 45 minutes or less, and be come a master of as many fighting styles as anyone can learn in a life time! My reasons are my own!

Bodyfat: I dunno, around 12%ish, I'm getting fat round the tummy Bodytype: Small boned, naturally skinny (except now, recovering from surgery since I can't do squat) but decently muscular naturally, naturally on the more flexible side Goal- Reach a bodyweight of 170 @ ~10% bf or less, how I get there doesn't matter, as long as it's 170 lbs. of strong muscles that I get.

STATS Gender: Male Age: 15 Height: 5'8" or thereabouts, maybe 5'9" or 5'10" Weight: 118 last I was weighed, but as this was before I started weight training and I've gotten nearly a dozen comments about having gained weight since I started, I'd guess about 130-135 now. Body Fat %: Unknown. Probably in the teens. My abdominals are semi-visible. Body Type: Thin. I was skin-and-bones before I started exercising. GOALS Improve strength, improve flexibility a LOT, get into tricking.

Age: Look about 4 inches to the right, just under "Location". Height: 6'2" Weight:215-ish. Can vary depending on what's for breakfast. Bodyfat: Guesstimated at 11%-ish. I can see tricep heads and 2 "abs", but I can pinch an inch in some places. Body Type:Ecto-meso-bio-triple-redondomorph. About 6 years ago, I was 180, and looked truly lanky. I did not like that. Goals: By April 2006 - 225 push press, 315 Sumo Deadlift. By June 2006 - Find 4 more abs somewhere, 19-inch arms with a 32-inch waist. By July 2006 - Farmer's Walk 100-pound handles 1.5 miles. By October 2006 - 100-pound DB Turkish Get-up, 275 Clean & Jerk, 275 Snatch. (I have no idea what HarHar is talking about). ^I think you mean 315 c & j with 225 snatch. It doesnt make sense the other way . I am 5' 8", 167-168lbs. Kinda skinny. Just starting to look like I work out. BW snatch, BW+ c & j, and etc.. but Its so weak that it dont matter. Goals (within couple years): -185lbs with similar bodyfat as now. -snatch 225+ and c & j 275+ -squat 405 -OVH press 225
