Your Goal/s

    1 - What is/are the fitness goal/s you want to achieve at the moment, short and/or longterm?

    2 - How do you plan to get there?



    1.1 To lose fat and up conditioning/stamina, so that my body isnt totaly unprepared for when I start MT.
    1.2 Gain Strength, and maintain muscle mass if possible.

    2.1 Do 2 Strength sessions and 5-10 conditioning sessions a week.
    2.2 Try to keep my diet is halfway decent.
    3.3 Allow for adequate recovery.

    My current is simple.

    Id like to be a lean 12 stone, that is 12 stone of muscle, within 5-8% BF.
    THEN, i would be happy.

    After that, im sure the ambitious side all us humans possess would lead me to this, then a lean 13 stone wouldnt go amiss, but lets aim low first.
