What was the first album you bought?

I just had 3 people on facebook reference Faith No More in the last week, reminds me of my first album, King for a day, Fool for a lifetime:

Oasis - Defiantly Maybe

I remember going to buying the Oasis album, but I remember having the MC Hammer record first (I think).

 

First album I bought that I can remember was Dream Theater- Scenes From A Memory

To this day still one of my favourite albums!

 

Pink Floyd- Dark Side of the moon,Black Sabbath- Black Sabbath-explains a lot lol

Led Zeppelin 2, and that was back when we actually bought albums and not CD's.

 

It's so long ago that I can't remember!

But I think it was 'Relics' by Pink Floyd. Either that or 'Hello' by Status Quo.

 

Paula Abdul's "Forever Your Girl". It was on tape too!

And yes, I am a little girl with pigtails and a gingham dress.

I think TNT by AC/DC or Sabotage by Black Sabbath.Though I had a couple of albums bought for me before that.

 

Well I had alot of tapes and CDs at the time, but the first ones I ever actually remember paying for myself:

My first album was one by Queen. It was on tape Can't remember which one it was now though. My first cd was Americana by The Offspring. Quickly followed by their better albums

 

Ride the lightning metallica oh yea baby best album ever

 

The first one i ever bought for myself was a 45 album "walk this way" by Run DMC and aerosmith

 

appetite for destruction - guns n roses.

first ever album i bought as a kid, still my favourite most played to this day.

(i even have the banned print vinyl)
