    I hope it would translate well to weaponless fighting :D

    I did'nt take a closer look at it before 'cause my head hurt looking at the diagram :eek:

    After reading this thread I think I will have a go at it ;)

    Hi Yoda, I would like your opinion on attacking footwork as I've been practicing from a chair and have to develop a sense for attacking balance through weight distribution. Can you tell me some things to look for?
