Recently I've noticed that my wrists are hurting after training/Sparring. Im using wraps but was wondering what people use to strengthen them up.

    Thanks.

That's actually a good exercise! Filling a bucket upto a certain point and then ringing out a towel that has been dipped in it is also a good one. The aim is to get all the water back in :D Evil.

I'm actually going to recommend press ups here! Knuckle press ups are a decent solution for this kind of thing, it strengthens the wrist when the hand is making a fist and exerting force.

Knuckle press-ups = doing push-ups on your knuckles. and yes that is exactly what they are saying. wet a towel and wring it dry.

    Thanks for the tip guys.
