This is probably better suited to the noob section but thought id stick it here anyway. My muay thai classes warm up basically consists of running on the spot sometimes knees up, sometimes heels up, and in between we alternated between push ups, burpees and squat thrusts. I was seriously out of breath by the end of it and I'm wondering if doing this 4 times at muay thai and sometimes at home would improve my cardio and overall fitness?
    cheers
