Hello Im Manuel K. Maldonado Im a 4th Dan WTF (KKW) and a 5th Degree ITF. I started Taekwon-Do with Benny Rivera in my native Puerto Rico in 1974. I joined the U.S. ARMY in 1981 and retired in 2004. Served 2 tours in Korea where I trained at a local school in Seoul earning my 2nd Dan Kukkiwon. Once I came back to the US I continued my training in ITF and WTF styles of Taekwon-Do.
