Hi everyone. Im looking to lose a bit of weight around the midsection (yes already cut out beer! ha ha) and improve my overall fitness & strength for my kungfu training. I know about general stuff like crunchs, jacknifes, pushups etc.... but am having trouble coming up with a routine. I have some weights too. Would anyone here be willing to devise a daily work out for me? I can provide work hours, current general diet etc. Anyone interested please PM me. Have you gotten any takers on this yet? And is there any particular reason you want to keep it hush-hush via PM rather than tossing all your info here on the forum for a group effort?
