Nice pressing! How are you finding the 5/3/1 protocol? It's something I've been contemplating changing to once I'm back to decent workouts again.
Really good actually, the built in periodisation let's you get stronger and the rest weeks really do help you adapt without overworking yourself. I had more assistance work while was bulking but the freedom with the extra work allows you to focus on weak areas. As you can see I think knee stabiliser work is an area of improvement at the moment so I'm doing this most sessions now.

Nah it's been done and probably a better job than I would have managed! It would be great to see a few more logs from members on here though, if there's enough starting I might add a new section for them in H&F.
^This. I'd be pretty cool. Members could get ideas, brag about their accomplishments (lol) and get motivated.
I'd be up for that, i keep one a T-nation, but i enjoy you guy's input and the general atmosphere here.
I currently have 2 places I post my log, it use to be 3 but I gave up on one site due to the general 'jockish' attitude from many of the regulars - with MAP's new section, it'll be back up to 3!
