    Not the first time I've seen that and she is just undeniably awesome.

    Ironically I was just coming to update that despite less than four hours sleep a night for the last week and grossly under-eating I managed to get 65kg too. Still the weakest one here, but it is progress.

    Now I feel stupid. And slightly awestruck. :love:

    Maybe actually. The battle for me isn't physical, it's mental. Whether or not I have enough confidence in myself that I have the grip right and enough disgust at myself to get angry enough to lift is another matter :p.

    Are we doing another challenge this week?

    No hand squat on either front (zombie squat) or back (front easy, back hard)

    because some people have small traps

    shame on them. if fresh and warmed-up i should be just about able to pull off 100 with no hands (i've tried before but failed), so i might get in on this challenge.

    100kg no-hands squat for the lulz. 1 20kg and 2 10kg each side (because crossfit bumper plates = mindscrew):

    now i just need to get strong so i can do it with decent weights :p (also i highly suspect it gets easier once the bar bends)
