Hi everybody, i got many book from Ross Enamait My question is, where do i start? There so many training routine and stuff to do, i don't know where to start? Do someone got those book? What did you do in the beggining? Is there an order for all those training routine? Thank a lot
Start with whatever you like(assuming you mean by which book's exercises) and can do. If you have no training equipment, then NG would be best to start with.
