It might be punk ska or reggae. ?dubydub? restruant, they can serve you ?something? food while your ?something? Its realy annoying me. I heard it on radio 2 a few weeks ago and it is from the 80's i think.
Nope its not queen. Its radio 2 on eof the most listened to radio stations infact it may be the most listened to in the uk, they dont anwser emails unless your very lucky. It might be the clash, it has a saxophone in it.
Do they have a website that gives their playlist? Check that out and see, some of the local ones here do that and give them as far back as a week ago
The English Beat [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UTNpaaPHENE"]YouTube[/ame] You all you kids that haven't heard it
I'd never heard that before, but a quick word with Mr Wikipedia confirms that our American cousins do indeed know The Beat as 'The English Beat', which is hilarious! Do they also talk about The English Beatles, The English Rolling Stones, The English London Symphony Orchestra, etc?
I guess there must have been a group in the US also called the beat. Having grown up listening to them I also now know them on the internet as 'The English Beat' - I shouldn't pinch music I suppose
Mark Lamar was ok but mainly just sarcastic Simon Amstels at least 500 times funnier than he was. at least
Couldn't agree more. Mark Lamarr was a phony SOB who was deeply in love with himself. But the new bloke is actually funny.
I saw the Beat play live a few years ago, they played a really excellent set. Think they're still going?
