Great thread.... some people organise their music according to genre, or 'for the road' playlist, 'chillout' playlist and 'party' playlist etc... my music goes into one of three folders;
1]Total gym music
2]Acceptable gym music
3]Not gym music

Even if I feel wrecked after a day's work, walking up to the gym with these songs playing gets me going again! Basically any song that makes you imagine what your own UFC highlights video would be like played to that song has gotta be good

Actually, one thing that gets me really annoyed about gyms is the music they play. I loathe dancy poppy rubbish and hip hop, and it's all they seem to play. I have to have my mp3 player on full volume just to drown it out. But sometimes there is this reeeeeally annoying session on the exercise bikes going, and they have this massive stereo blasting this crap out through gigantic speakers which even my mp3 player on max can't mask over. If people want to listen to music at a gym, they should bring their own and not inflict it on me!!!!! :woo: :woo: :woo:

Anyway, music at my school is all Chinese in some way. Shifu does have a rocking drum cd (I mean that in a good way, it's an excellent CD). If I had my choice though, the MK:Annihilation CD.
