here's the thing, my aunt's fiance helped me out with my boxing cuz he knows boxing(duh), anywho, the problem is, i don;t have a heavy bag, wraps, or gloves, all i got are some century pad thingies that someone would hold, but there's no one here to hold them for me, so should i shadow box or what? Cuz if i don;t train for a while i get really really rusty.
Work on your conditioning, and do shadow boxing until the Cow's come home. Dont forget, focus on technique!
condition. run. skip rope. push-ups. and abs excercises (like the super crunch and the hanging leg-ups). if you're gonna box, might as well spring for wraps and mitts. i mean, you will use them.
