    Based on that video, contemporary dance and kickboxing is the best!
    (off topic, an old Sanda training partner of mine knew and trained with MVP!)

    dont forget show time petis and how sucsessful the whole Rufus gym has been threw the years in ufc and mma period although they do way more then tkd they also have a great way of adding in tkd to mma
