Hi, i was wondering if someone can tell me what to look for when trying to find a boxing gym worth training at? The closest one to me actually has a boxing ring inside a tae kwon do school where he teaches both. A friend of mine who competed against this school a long time ago in tae kwon do and lived here a while did not recommend this school to me. So i needed help on what to look for in a boxing gym. appreciate any help/advice. Thanks in advance
Check out the results of their fights. Be it competition or show they need to be represented in the local scene and hopefully have a few winners.
basically the best way is to view some classes and do trial sessions. if it fits you and what you like, go ahead.
