Hi there, Im 16 and I am looking to buy a punch bag to use for fitness and striking. I have been looking around and I am not sure what kind of size bag to get. I am going to hang it from a bracket in my garage so i have some space but should i get a 3', 4', 5' or 6'? Also what kind of weight should i be going for? Any help is appreciated.
I think 70 lb bags are the most versatile. TKO offers one for about $40.00, Everlast costs about $70.00.
I say get at least 100lb. I don't see how a 70lb bag is the "most versitle". I think a 100lb banana bag would be much more versitle.
