Well, as I mentioned in the injuries section, I managed to sprain my knee. I was 4 weeks into a 5x5 strength training regimen, with conditioning and cardio on the off days. I've been unable to do much for a week and it's driving me nuts. Therefore I am now seeking out ideas for things I can do without exacerbating my knee sprain. Pushups with the bum leg resting on top of the good one, crunches, pullups, and medicine ball flinging. Any other suggestions out there? I would be much obliged.
