We already know Brock Lesnar was both WWE and UFC champion but do you know about: Dos Caras Jr- Alberto Del Rio "The Gracie Hunter" Sakuraba Bobby Lashley Santino Marella Batista CM Punk Kurt Angle Shelton Benjamin Jack Swagger Dolph Ziggler George Hackendsmit Karl Gotch Frank Gotch Dara Singh Any more? MMA and pro wrestling are two sides of the same coin. We need some flamboyancy in MMA; give the fighters more individuality instead of the same old "Unstoppable beast" gimmick. I'd also like storylines in MMA; not necessarily wrestling style storylines but after a fight have the winner call out the next challenger/have the next challenger step into the cage to accept the challenge. Or hype up the grudge like when we saw Chuck Liddell vs Wanderlei Silva or Brock Lesnar step into the cage after Shane Carwin defeated Frank Mir.
What fighters went from the Octagon into the squared circle? Off the top of my head: Ken Shamrock Dan Severn Don Frye Bas Rutten Josh Barnett King Mo Rampage Jackson Ronda Any more? I'd like to see Michael Bisping in WWF as he's already a heel in UFC and he's British too. Could be the next Wade Barrett or William Regal. It's a no-brainer Conor McGregor would be entertaining. As would the motormouth Chael Sonnen. Fabricio Werdum is interested; he could do that stupid face and he'll be 'Vai Cavalo' with a Brazilian gimmick. Maybe he specialises in submissions. I mean we've already seen CM Punk in the ufc and it was the most irresponsible thing that company has ever done. Having said that, I think Samoa Joe has trained for a few years. Not anywhere close to a ufc level, but he has martial arts experience.
Can't not mention Josh Barnett! And if you're following the current WWE product, then you will know Shayna Blazer and Sonya DeVille with past MMA backgrounds are in the show. Gentleman Jack Gallagher is a Billy Robinson CACC graduate - Snakepit. And someone called Rowdy? Rowhonda? Dunno...apparently she dabbled as well. Not sure, may have to look her up. Also, isn't Batista now a purple belt or something crazy? Oh and Shane McMahon I think is a blue belt.

Personally, the mixing of fake wrestling elements into the UFC has been awful! And yes, Brock Lesnar was a big one starting it and part of why I dislike him intensely. It hurts the legitimacy of the sport IMO. I want to see people test themselves, not stupid childish fake showmanship. The flipping off, the throwing bottles and chairs at press conferences, the people getting fights they don't deserve because of showmanship over skill. It is horrible and I watch less UFC now because of it.
Harry Smith could easily switch - he is already a world class grappler and his striking is certainly above average power wise..currently polishing him technique wise!
