I've been playing and thoroughly addicted to "Kingdom two crowns". It's a real time sides scrolling strategy. I'm playing on mobile, but it was originally PC game. Also I got Doom (2016) to play multiplayer with some friends during lockdown. I can't believe I missed the multiplayer on this, fast paced fun that I feel is missing from a lot of FPS.
In all fairness, the general take on 2016 Doom's MO seemed to be "it exists. NEXT!" Behind the curve slowpoke that I am, I recently got to playing Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Enjoying it quite a bit.
I've just got hold of a raspberry Pi with retroPi emulators, so I'm playing old megadrive and SNES games! Currently streets of rage 2, and alien 3 are going down well!
I love how accessible the emulators have been, I've always had a load on my phone and pc for nostalgic indulgence. My kids also had a go recently, but the games were "too hard" kids today eh?
I've been meaning to build my own for ages, and then drunk me bought sober me a present from eBay ready made! They're super good, apparently the official mini SNES from last Xmas used emulator code on it too!
I have the SNES mini, it's great, but a shame I can't add more games to it. Edit: I just did a quick Google and found you can we relative ease
Ever since quarantine I've played through Mass Effect 1, 2, and 3 and I've played through 1 and 2 multiple times. I've also been playing Baldur's Gate, The Outer Worlds, and Greedfall.
