Danzan-Ryu Jujitsu does. (at least one dojo I know of who goes by the title Danzan-Ryu Jujitsu, does)
From what you've posted, it doesn't sound like 'traditional' Jujutsu, or as was posted earlier, Koryu or Koryu derived. That doesn't mean it's not effective, and from what you've said it sounds like a good dojo with good atmosphere, but keep an open mind, just because the instructor tells you 'this came from ancient Japan, doesn't make it so. Most 'traditional' clubs have no interest in competition at all. Also, what you said about 'all strikes which made their way into karate' doesn't sound right to me, Karate strikes to a large extent look nothing like traditional Jujutsu and the emphasis is different (with the exception of some Ryu) Do you know the name of this style of Jujutsu as I couldn't see from the website? It looks more like a hodgpodge of generic jujutsu techniques - which again, isn't a bad thing, just not traditional. Thanks KB
