What flooring material to use in my home gym?

I'm working on getting my basement finished, and I am turning part of it into a gym.

    I plan to have:
    - Heavy banana bag
    - Uppercut bag/ball
    - speed bag (maybe)
    - a TRX

I want to be able to:
    - Strike bags
    - Shadow box
    - Grapple (if I find someone to grapple with), including things like break falling & somersaults (which I can do solo).
    - use the TRX

I'm thinking 2 different flooring sections might make sense, one for striking/shadow boxing/TRX/general exercise, and a different more padded area for grappling/break falls/etc. I imagine the striking area needs to be resilient to becoming slippery with sweat, but shouldn't be too 'grippy' such that pivoting on my foot is hard to do.

Does anyone have suggestions for good materials for these purposes? I am considering all budget ranges right now--I'm trying to figure out what my options are.

How big is your home gym gonna be? Just so I can measure my envy

I don't have measurements at the moment, but somewhere around 25' x 12'

    Definitely 2 flooring sections.
I'll try to remember to ask my gym owner what's on his floor.
