what equipent to get

Alright, so today is when i will be getting back into karate after a 7 year absence. I mainly wanted know what equipment would be good to have at my house for at home trianing. I will for the most part be using my garage since we do not use it. I already have a total gym, weight bench, and a punching bag. So what else should I add on to that such as matts, focus mits, and so on, links to websites that have good prices will also be very helpful, thanks.
