I know its a dumb thread, but It may be interesting. Say what you eat or drink alot of. You can say why you think it is good or bad, and give opinions on other people. Here is what I have alot of: Water: I have lots of water at school, after school, after Tae Kwon-do before bed, all the time. Water is good for every reason imaginable. Milk: I dont know why, I just drink alot of the stuff. I reckon its good because it has lots of protein and calcium, and I am 14 years old and growing so those things are supposedly good. Peanut-butter and jam on toast, it's good because it taste like peanuts and strawberries squished together! Oh and nuts have lots of protein in em supposedly. And same as you, lots of water and lots of milk, obviously good.
Water. Tuna. Spinach. I usually eat peanut butter like a fiend but I'm on a low calorie diet right now...
Good: Lots of water - glad I'm not the only one that's running to the toilet all the time! Cottage cheese tuna / mackerel. Bad: Seriously hooked on drinking chocolate. Too many sticky flapjacks from the shop on site.
Ham salad sandwiches, water, veggie burgers... Although chinese takeaways slide in there at weekend, I do a chinese martial art after all!
water, brownies, quesadilla, spring rolls, cookies, chocolate, peanut butter crunch and ice cream. i will make a great sifu someday with this diet.
The two most valuable foods for anyone looking to bulk up: -Peanut Butter (especially natural-style) -Milk I also have a lot of whey, bananas, cottage cheese, yogurt, peanuts, tuna, and sometimes beef jerkey. I also like ham and cheese sandwiches.
i drink about 12 20oz. bottles of water every day lots of milk before and after work always eating hard boiled eggs and string cheese hard salomi, every day for my sandwiches, and a yogurt everyday other than that, it's always 1) peanut butter and celery or 2) carrots, and always one of those cereal/granola bars with the fruit filling, can't make it past 4 without one and PLENTY of 1) chicken, 2) beef or 3) pork mixed with at least one vegetable and usually some sort of potato for dinner. pretty regular eating routine. forgot ice cream. i have plenty of ice cream in my shakes (twice a day) with milk and bananas and whey protein
Oatmeal Whole grain bread (not the crap you get in the grocery) - Pumperknickel - Corn bread - Home made flour tortillas Vegetables (Brocolli, Bok Choy, Choy Sum, Kale, Spinach - all of them really) Sweet Potatoes Beans and Legumes (Garbanzos, Pintos, Black Bean, Black Eye Pea) Bean Sprouts - every kind I can sprout Pasta - all kinds Couscous - all the variations I can manage to make Fish (usually Norwegian Salmon) - but daily Tuna Chicken and Turkey Lamb (couldn't live without it) Dark Chocolate (real cocoa - not the crap at 7-11... nothing less than 70% cocoa mass) Chili - Habanero's or Pikinu (thai chili's), Tibetan preserved chili... any kind in a pinch Garlic - couldn't live without it Cheese - The funkier the better - Danish Bleu -Roquefort -Emental -Aged English Cheddar -Spanish Goats Milk Coffee (again - quality... Arabic primarily - but in a rush - crap Starbucks) Chai Tea (homemade Tibetan style) Low Fat Milk LOL! is that enough items? ( I know because I just came back from shopping!)
