Anyone ever used one of these? Here's an example: weighted vest I've wanted to give one of these things a go for a while now. I think they would make things like pushups, jumping jacks, pulls ups, dips, etc all a bit more interesting. Even plyometrics would take on a different feel. What I like is that as opposed to strapping on an ankle weight which will just place a fair bit of strain on the tendons this seems as though it would be much safer to the connective tissue. I mean, just wearing one of those during a normal workout seems as if it might be rather interesting. Thoughts?
