I tried using the pullover/belly toss and press for a while, since I train at home with no partner or rack. It was actually kinda fun for a bit, but the novelty wore off after a month or so. In my opinion, that's one of the best sites on the Internet, if for nothing more than the photos of old school legends. Check out John Grimek (I believe) being all "muscle-bound" and bulky with his ginormous muscles...
