Water or milk?

    Hey..
    Guys i just want to ask a question from all of you How big is the difference between using water or milk in a protein shake?
    Alot of people say water..but I prefer milk..what is the best type of milk to use?

    water based shakes usually taste watered-down, and that is kinda bleh. milk all the way (whey? WHEY!)

    Hi everyone;

    Using milk instead of water in a protein shake makes the shake more healthy and creamy which is best instead of adding water
