TSD board

i realize there isnt a whole lot of tsd people but id like to have a tang soo do board so if u agree vote for it

 

I would say no, but I do think you could cover Hapkido, TSD and CKD in a Korean MA's forum. I would keep TKD separate as its one of the biggest contributors to MAP discussion.

Just my thoughts

 

I don't think adding to the already extensive topics headings on the forum would be of any benefit right now. Just a pesonal outlook.

 

Yeah, i think there should be a Tang Soo Do board. I never know if i should post topics on TSD on Other, of TKD.

Yeah, but I'm afraid I'm not in support of a seperate Tang Soo Do forum.

Don't you think the arts are divided enough without everyone wanting a private room?

The Wing Chun guys have asked the same question, as have the sword people.

ok i c and u do have a good point it is divided u can go to several dojos of the same style and each will be differant and thats the same style. every style has there own lil thing like in tsd we dont really call it a dojo its suposed to be a dojong and little things like the names of stances and blocks. plus evry one that starts a new dojo changes it a little and evry one that teaches, teaches in a differant way its just the most effective way for them and the student changes it to fit thim its like the concept if JKD. the whole art keeps changing and going in differant directions.

 

I voted 'yes' because I have a friend that does Tang Soo Do. However, she doesn't have the internet but she might get it someday! And maybe her fellow students would enjoy a Tang Soo Do section (if they knew of this site). Anyway, it wouldn't hurt and it might bring more people here.
