    There's an old log somewhere in there but I just got done with the workout and at any rate, I'm lazy. :D

    47 kg Dumbbell Snatch 7x1

    That's a long time goal checked off. Wish I could do it while staying lighter but oh well.

    Neutral Grip Pullups/Headstand Pushups 5x3-2-1

    Neutral grip are just about the only kind I can superset with HeSPU's without jinxing my wrists. I threw in the fifth ladder only today; was tough but doable. Guess it's that "progress" thing?

    47 kg Goblet Squats/30 kg Sliding Leg Curls 3x10

    I'll need to get me more plates, sooner rather than later by the looks of it. Anyway, taking it easy this week - normally I'd look for anywhere between 12 and 15 reps here.

    Blast Straps Fallouts 1x15

    Need to watch my form with these.

    Waiter Walks 60 paces with 37 kg.

    10 paces out, turn, 10 paces back. Cramped training space. I freaking hate winter.

    Bit early to tell if the walks are doing me any good but they're definitely fun. :D

    So... hello again, I guess. :whistle:

    Several minutes on the stationary bike, some massage.

    The oustide of my left thigh looks like somebody took a sledgehammer to it. :cry:

    Knee mobility be damned, I got workouts to do!

    Stationary bike intervals:

    2 minutes warm-up

    30 second sprint
    30 second slow
    repeat five times, after sprint number five slow pedal for 90 seconds. Repeat twice for a total of twenty minutes.

    Fun times.

    Class. Lots of bridging, cartwheeling and stuff on queda de rins. Like this:

    Messing around with a hodge-podge "stuff I need to work on" movement sequence. I might film it if anyone's up for some less-than-impressive capoeira display. :D

    Cleans were clean and jerks went up. All there is to say. Sorry

    Easing up on the higher rep stuff this week. My body seems to approve.

    43 kg Dumbbell Reverse Lunges
    Assisted Glute Ham Raise
    4x5

    Cleaned the dumbbell once for every set of lunges. I like cleans, what of it?

    12 kg V-Sit Twists 1x15

    Left and right equals one. I decided I need a SMIDGEN more direct ab work than I usually do. Which is "none at all".

    43 kg Suitcase Walks 110 paces

    "Ten paces and turn" style; and yes, I felt those twists on every step. Thank you very much.

    So that's about how my training week looks right now. I usually do some "conditioning" on Wednesday and Saturday but an elbow to the thigh on Tuesday screwed up my schedule, and tomorrow looks like a mental day in the making. We'll see how it goes.

    So yesterday proved to be every bit the mental day I expected, and then some. Got home 7 PM, fell asleep at 7.30, woke up 9 AM today.

    Kids are exhausting.

    R&R today.

    Thought "Screw it" and started doing them from pushup plank. Turned out to be a smart idea.

    37 kg Waiter Walks 70 paces (40/30)

    My sides feel funny. :cry:

    Not my best effort, as I seem to be getting over a mild cold, but it's something.

    Do it! :woo:

    Blast strap fallouts look pretty awesome, I get the impression that if your form starts to crumble, then you either hyperextend your lower back, or faceplant... There had better be a significant reward to justify the risk compared to, say, ab wheel roll outs.

    I'll re-record it as soon as the camera's fixed... :whistle:

    *shrug* I find that I usually notice my form is slipping way before anything can go truly bad. The trick is to make sure you go through a proper plank, rather than body-english your way to full extension.

    They're not that much more difficult than kneeling rollouts, actually. And I don't exactly go apedoo-doo with them, just do whatever feels good on a given day.

    Well, from today's perspective it looks like a sudden acute bout of wussitis more than anything else. :D

    Anyway, lesson learned for the #3294809324835409750 time - if it ain't broke, DON'T FIX IT.
