    Glad you are alive & have a good fighting chance at coming back 100% yourself, that's great!

    There is good & solid advice from both ends of the train/don't train spectrum. :)
    You'll have to exercise your brain and mind muscles and listen to your body to stay on the safe side.

    Rest is good, working around the injuries is good, finding the red line is not easy.
