Torn a hamstring while training and I was wondering if any of you guys here on the forum have any healing tips?

I've done this a few times.

In my experience, the only thing that works is rest. It can take quite a long time (think up to a month or so), but literally nothing else works. You've just got to rest it, then once it's better, work on strengthening exercises to stop it happening again. If you must continue to train while you're recovering, make sure you don't challenge that hamstring at all; kick low!

This is just from personal experience though - no medical training!

Get the injury properly assessed by an experience medical professional who will also give you a treatment plan most suitable to you and your injury.

Absolutely as stated above. Plus you have to review how you injured it and be very cognizant of whatever types of movements that might re-injure it. Stretching & taking things slow will now become a part of your routine. Hamstring injuries are not fun. Good luck to you.
