Hmm... I duno where to start (some good suggestions already). And I'd say 5 of my favourties (in no real order): Dark Forces/Jedi Knight Series, ahh to play with a light saber and force powers...(and when you had in JK2 and threw enemies off ledges ) nice Age Of Empires series, cool when you got to buid campaigns and 'script' in AOE2 Ultima Underworld, ahh cool RPG stuff, ran on a 486 (would be one game i wish I could get running right on my AMD XP 2400+) Theme Hospital, just really jokey which I like And finally, Womrs series (Armageddon is a good laugh wi the voice files), just another 'slapstick' humor typed game... Banna Bombs and exploding sheep, not someting you see everyday
1 - Halo 2 - UT (IT RoXoRz) 3 - GTA vice city 4 - Jedi knight 3 (jedi acadamy) 5 - Metal Gear Solid (PSX) All these games rock for the simple reason they took what was currently available in their area of the market and instead of sticking with a tired old game formula, something NEW and origional was added, That makes great game. PS - note the above statement does not hold true for JK3, but that game roxor'd because of the kick a$$ light sabre battles, NUFF SED.
In no particular order: Super Mario Brothers (NES) Final Fantasy X (PS2) Star Wars (NES) Soul Calibur II (NGC) Legends of Zelda The Wind Waker (NGC) Ps Paratus will rue for his signature!
Need for sped underground Ratchet and clank going commando Soul calibur 2 Final fantasy 8 final fantasy 7
Mine would be, UO - That was a thrill ride and first of it's kind to go mass market - surprised it hasn't been mentioned here before. Double Dragon - A classic. The last Final Fantasy for the SNES - I forget the number. Max Payne - For the plotlines Any GTA game (I remember the country western truck songs themes still) Worthy mention Star Wars X-Wing series, Mafia, Hitman Series (How cool is that idea for a game), Sim City 1. I could go on for a while.
In no particular order: Final Fantasy VII GTA Vice City Resident Evil 2 Street Fighter 2 Mortal Kombat Alliance
