Hey guys! Ever since I got this new job back in March doing cardio (riding a bike) has really taken the back burner. I get up at 3 in the morning, go to work at 5, work until 3:30 in the afternoon, standing on my feet this whole time, at least 4 days a week. Needless to say by the time I get home, around 4, I'm wore completely out and doing cardio is the last thing on my mind. Do you guys have any suggestions on anything I can do to make me want to get back on the bike? I've been looking for foods that give me energy but don't really see much of anything. I know it's all about commitment but I just feel drained almost all the time. Any suggestions you guys could give me would be appreciated. Thanks
Do it when you wake up, It will get you up and energize you for the day. I think that Ross had a artical on it on his blog... Edit: http://rosstraining.com/blog/2009/02/17/training-with-a-newborn/
